Wheel Loader Operator– RMB

Key Job Deliverables

1. Receive raw materials delivered by suppliers.
2. Verify raw material type and storage location before unloading activities.
3. Transfer raw materials to designated storage bays according to approved material identification requirements.
4. Transfer raw materials from storage bays to designated hoppers according to production requirements.
5. Monitor hopper stock levels and replenish materials as required.
6. Operate wheel loader safely and efficiently at all times.
7. Conduct daily equipment inspections before shift commencement.
8. Maintain cleanliness of wheel loader and operator cabin.
9. Report equipment abnormalities and maintenance requirements.
10. Support 5S activities within the raw material storage area.

Professional / Technical Qualification(s)

• SPM, SKM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Wheel Loader Driving Competency Certificate and/or relevant heavy equipment operating license.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating wheel loaders, front-end loaders, or similar heavy equipment in a manufacturing, quarry, mining, construction, or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of raw material handling and storage management.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with industrial safety requirements and traffic management systems.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
