We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Collection Associate to join our team at Wheeltek Agoo Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and supporting the branch in achieving its collection targets.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business-related course, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• With experience in collections, customer service, or related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Must be willing to conduct field collection activities when necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and achievement of collection targets
• Maintain accurate collection records and documentation
• Prepare collection reports and account status updates
• Coordinate with branch personnel regarding customer payment concerns
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while enforcing company collection policies
