Wholesale Allocator

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Wholesale Allocator to support multiple brands across our portfolio. This role will focus exclusively on allocation, strategically distributing inventory across wholesale accounts and channels to maximize sales, inventory productivity, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has experience in fashion wholesale, inventory management, planning, allocation, or a similar SKU-intensive environment and is comfortable working closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, and Warehouse teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day inventory allocation across wholesale accounts, channels, and brands.
• Determine inventory quantities by customer based on sales history, demand, inventory position, order flow, and business priorities.
• Allocate new receipts and replenishment inventory to maximize sales and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Monitor inventory availability, WIP dates, and ETAs against customer deadlines and flag risks or opportunities.
• Reallocate inventory as business conditions change and priorities shift.
• Partner closely with Sales to understand customer priorities and account-specific needs.
• Work with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure allocations are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate allocation data and complete activities within established timelines.
• Help improve allocation processes, tools, reporting, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Serve as a key point of contact for allocation-related questions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, planning, or allocation systems.
• NetSuite and/or Exenta experience is a major plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of SKUs, accounts, and inventory.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple brands.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, accessories, or another SKU-intensive consumer product category is preferred.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
