Wholesale Manager (International)

About the Job

As the Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our wholesale strategies, managing wholesale channels (Franchising & Travel Retail), and driving revenue growth.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives and enhance our market presence in various overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive wholesale strategies to maximize growth and profitability for various overseas markets.
• Manage and nurture relationship with key wholesale partners, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the sales network.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective product launch.
• Foster and enhance robust relationships with wholesale partners.
• Deliver comprehensive product training to wholesale partners.
• Lead and mentor the wholesale team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in wholesale management within retail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various overseas wholesale market trends and dynamics.
• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
