As a Wholesale Operations Analyst, you will support operational excellence across WHOOP’s wholesale and retail distribution network. You’ll play a key role in managing order execution, retailer operations, and 3PL coordination across global sales channels. This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments, enjoys solving problems, and has a strong attention to detail. You’ll work closely with retail partners, third-party logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, operational visibility, and a seamless retailer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end order flow across assigned wholesale and retail channels, including processing and tracking retailer purchase orders between WHOOP systems, 3PLs, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to support inventory accuracy, transfer order receiving, and order adjustments.
  • Own day-to-day operational management for assigned international retail accounts, including retailer communication, shipment tracking, routing compliance, and operational issue resolution.
  • Maintain retailer operational requirements and portal compliance, including shipment documentation, tracking updates, routing guides, and retailer-specific operational inputs.
  • Support in-transit exception management by monitoring delayed, failed, or at-risk shipments and coordinating resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standardized operational documentation, including retailer SOPs, routing guidance, and process workflows.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve order management, fulfillment execution, and inventory visibility.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics in a multi-channel consumer goods environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and connect it to process improvements.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
