Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Wholesale Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the wholesale sales team with day-to-day operations, assisting with customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business through efficient and organized sales processes. There is great potential for advancement and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce setup and maintenance, including product listings, inventory management, and pricing updates.
• Assist in managing wholesale orders, processing new sales inquiries, and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations in PowerPoint to internal teams or clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and sales activity by preparing monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Operation teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist in other administrative duties as required.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Wholesale Sales Assistant or in a similar role within a sales environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Previous experience in e-commerce setup, product listings, and online sales platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A plus if experienced in Shopify and Salsify.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
