Epigroup is seeking TWO experienced and values-driven WHS Advisors to support one of our key clients in a high-risk operational environment based in Osborne, SA.

This exclusive project sits at the heart of Australia’s sovereign capability and national infrastructure, supporting a long-term program of work within the defence-adjacent maritime and heavy industry sector. With a strong safety culture, complex operational environments, and a highly skilled workforce, this site offers an exciting opportunity to work on something truly significant.

We are recruiting for two positions - both offered on an initial 3-month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidates.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:

You’ll work alongside operational teams and senior stakeholders to:

• Deliver practical safety support across day-to-day operations on a major industrial site
• Coach and mentor line leaders in risk management, safe systems of work, and WHS assurance activities
• Facilitate investigations (ICAM desirable) and contribute to incident reporting and risk reduction
• Strengthen safety culture through positive engagement, communication and on-the-ground support
• Provide advice aligned to legislative requirements and WHS best practice
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that genuinely move the needle

What You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in WHS and 3+ years in a safety advisory role (preferably in high-risk settings)
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and high-risk activity oversight
• Ideally hold an MSIC and Baseline Security Clearance as a minimum (NV1 would be highly regarded)
• Current National Police Clearance
• Confidence operating within structured environments – defence or heavy industry exposure ideal
• Exceptional interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills – you're someone who people want in their corner
