Our clients are major players in their field and well established for over 20+ years.

They are currently seekinga HSEQ Business Partner to join their regional operations at Henderson, Perth.

The Role:

The HSEQ Business Partner will support the business in maintaining high standards of health, safety, environment, quality and risk management. Working closely with leaders and employees, the role will drive compliance, continuous improvement and a proactive HSEQ culture.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support leaders in meeting HSEQ legislative, regulatory and ISO requirements.

·       Identify hazards, manage risks and drive HSEQ continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Lead and support incident investigations, corrective actions and lessons learnt.

·       Provide HSEQ advice on risk assessments, SOPs, contractors, tenders and client requirements.

·       Monitor HSEQ performance, prepare reports and coordinate HSEQ meetings, audits and management reviews.

·       Maintain HSEQ systems and documentation, and support ISO certification, training and awareness programs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

·       Cert IV in WHS or equivalent, with SA Return to Work Coordinator certification.

·       Minimum 2 years’ HSEQ experience, preferably within electrical, manufacturing, engineering or construction environments.

·       Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

·       Experience using HSEQ management systems; SkyTrust experience would be highly regarded.

·       Experience in incident investigation, risk management, internal auditing and corrective actions.

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
