WHS Coordinator / Safety Advisor - Construction & Data Centres

Our preferred candidates

• We prefer candidates with more than 4 years experience as a WHS Co-ordinator although training & mentoring is available for the right person

• Sound working knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2017

• Practical hazard identification and risk assessment skills in a fabrication, manufacturing or construction environment

• Ability to coach, influence and build rapport with contractors, frontline workers and supervisors

• Experience supporting incident reporting and investigation

• Good written and verbal communication, including delivering toolbox talks and inductions

• Sound computer literacy and confidence using WHS systems and Microsoft Office

• Honest and reliable personal qualities

• Strong organisational skills and great at prioritising

• Someone that takes pride in their work
