Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wide-Format Digital Printing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality visual displays, signage, and graphics. Your expertise will ensure smooth production workflows, precise color management, and efficient material handling. Duties

• Set up and calibrate wide-format digital printers to meet specific project requirements, ensuring optimal print quality and color accuracy
• Monitor printing processes in real-time, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and prevent errors
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning print heads, replacing ink cartridges, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Manage material handling tasks such as loading rolls of media, aligning substrates, and ensuring proper storage of supplies
• Inspect printed outputs for quality assurance, verifying color fidelity, resolution, and adherence to specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating wide-format digital printing machinery in a manufacturing or production environment using different computer rip software
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including material handling and quality control standards
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with attention to detail and safety compliance
