We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wig Stylist to join our team and bring our wigs to life through professional styling and finishing.

The Role

The Wig Stylist will be responsible for preparing, styling, and finishing wigs to Neue’s quality standards. You should have a strong eye for detail, understand hair styling techniques, and be able to consistently achieve clean, polished results.

Responsibilities

● Style and finish wigs according to specified looks and brand standards

● Perform professional wig styling, including curls, waves, bobs, blowouts, layers, and other requested styles

● Customize and style wigs to achieve a natural, polished appearance

● Work with different hair textures and wig constructions

● Ensure wigs are properly prepared, styled, and presentation-ready

● Maintain consistency across multiple units of the same style

● Handle wigs and hair products carefully to preserve quality

● Maintain a clean and organized workstation

● Collaborate with the team on new wig styles and product development

● Complete styling assignments within agreed timelines

● Identify styling or construction issues and communicate them appropriately

Requirements

● Proven experience as a wig stylist, hairstylist, or similar role

● Strong knowledge of wig styling techniques

● Ability to work confidently with human hair wigs

● Experience with heat styling, curling, straightening, blowouts, and finishing

● Excellent attention to detail

● Good hand skills and a strong sense of symmetry and proportion

● Ability to follow references and recreate specific hairstyles accurately

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Reliable, organized, and willing to learn

● Lace customization and natural-looking finishes

● Bob styling

● Bone-straight and sleek styles

● Curls and waves

● Blowouts

● Layered styles

● Wig revamps and restyling

Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lekki: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
