About the Role:

We’re hiring a Wildlife Control Sales Inspector to join our fast‑growing, field‑ready team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, communicates clearly, and delivers a high level of customer service. Daily customer communication is a required part of this job. You’ll explain inspection results, walk customers through recommended repairs, and ensure they fully understand the work being performed.

You’ll perform detailed wildlife inspections, identify entry points, create repair estimates, and help customers choose the right solutions – all the while representing our company with professionalism, reliability and strong communication. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential, as customers and teammates rely on timely communication and dependable service.

This position includes a 6‑month probationary/training period, followed by a pay increase upon successful completion.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience, certifications, and proven field skills. Candidates with prior wildlife control, construction, roofing, pest‑control, or home-services sales experience may start at a higher rate.

What You’ll Do

• Perform full‑home wildlife inspections (attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and structures)
• Identify wildlife species, entry points, and structural vulnerabilities
• Create clear, accurate repair estimates and exclusion proposals
• Explain findings and recommended repairs to customers
• Photograph and document inspection results in Jobber
• Work closely with technicians to hand off approved repair jobs
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and support the decision‑making process
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and strong communication

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Must be able to use ladders and safely access and traverse roofs, attics and crawlspaces
• Able to lift 75+ lbs overhead
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pass background check & drug screen

Desired Qualifications

• Sales experience in home services, pest control, roofing or construction
• Wildlife control or pest control license a plus
• Experience writing estimates or explaining repair work to customers
