This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, interacting with customers, solving problems, and working outdoors. Candidates with backgrounds in wildlife exclusion, carpentry, home repair, insulation, painting, gutters, or similar trades may be especially well suited for this opportunity.

We are also willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to build a career with our company.

What You’ll Do

• Visit residential and commercial properties to identify and address wildlife and pest-related issues.
• Conduct thorough inspections of attics, crawlspaces, interiors, exteriors, roofs, and other areas where wildlife may be entering or causing damage.
• Develop and explain appropriate solutions to customers based on inspection findings.
• Perform wildlife removal and pest-control services safely and according to company procedures and applicable product-label requirements.
• Complete wildlife exclusion and general repair work using ladders, hand tools, and basic equipment.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and explain recommended work to customers.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with homeowners, customers, coworkers, and office personnel.
• Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and provide timely follow-up when service issues or callbacks occur.
• Work outside throughout the year and in a variety of weather conditions.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles and represent ACE Wildlife professionally while in the field.
• Perform other responsibilities as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working from ladders and performing work in attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging areas.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.
• Previous experience in wildlife, pest, termite, construction, or a related trade is a plus.

Trade Experience Is a Plus

We are particularly interested in candidates who have practical experience in areas such as:

• Wildlife exclusion
• Carpentry and general home repairs
• Wood rot repair
• Insulation
• Painting
• Gutter installation or repair
• Roofing or exterior repairs
• General handyman work

Don’t have wildlife experience? That’s okay. If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable working with your hands, dependable, and willing to learn, we may be able to train you.

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year earning potential of $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience and performance.
