• As a Windchill Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform
• This role involves working with cross-functional teams, understanding business processes, and customizing Windchill to meet the specific needs of the organization related to product data management and collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to product data management and collaboration
• Understand business processes and workflows within the organization
• Windchill Customization:Customize and configure Windchill PLM to align with business requirements
• Develop and implement Windchill solutions for data management, change management, and document control
• Integration with CAD Systems:Integrate Windchill with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems to ensure seamless collaboration between design and PLM
• Support and enhance CAD data management within Windchill
• Workflow Development:Design and implement workflows within Windchill to streamline product development and change processes
• Customize workflow templates to match organizational needs
• Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities, including importing and exporting data to and from Windchill
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration processes
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, to address PLM requirements
• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users
• User Training:Provide training to end-users on utilizing Windchill for product data management and collaboration
• Create training materials and documentation
• Performance Optimization:Optimize the performance of Windchill configurations and customizations
• Conduct performance testing and tuning as needed
• Version Control:Manage version control and configuration management within Windchill
• Ensure proper versioning of product data and related documents
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Windchill PLM
• Keep abreast of Windchill updates and enhancements
