Wind Farm Site Civil Lead (ชุมพร)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect daily civil works at site to ensure construction and installation activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate closely with contractors and subcontractors to monitor work quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct continuous site inspections to ensure works are executed in line with approved standards and quality expectations.
• Review, issue, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Monitor and report site construction progress, identifying potential issues or delays and coordinating solutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all site activities comply with project quality requirements, applicable codes, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain proper documentation related to site inspections, quality records, NCRs, and progress reports.
• Support project team in achieving project milestones and ensuring timely completion of civil works.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction works at site (depending on project scale).
• Strong experience in Solar & Battery site supervision, inspection, and quality control for civil works.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, installation techniques, and quality standards.
• Experience in handling NCRs, site inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and approved documents.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with contractors and project teams.
• Willingness to work full-time on site and perform continuous site inspections.
• Good command of Thai and basic to good English communication skills (preferred).
