Job Summary We are looking for a Windchill PLM Technical Developer with 4 6 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using PTC Windchill PLM . The candidate should have strong Core Java skills and experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions and enhancements in PTC Windchill PLM.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
• Develop Windchill customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Support squad members in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Story Refinement, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Work within the SAFe Agile framework and contribute to successful PI objectives.
• Collaborate with team members on technical design discussions, effort estimation, and task planning.
• Stay updated with the latest Windchill features, enhancements, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Assist in knowledge sharing and training team members on Windchill features and functionalities.
• Ensure quality, maintainability, and timely delivery of technical solutions.
