Windchill Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise PLM Architect to lead large-scale PLM transformation programs, define enterprise architecture strategy, and drive end-to-end PTC Windchill implementations, integrations, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define target-state PLM architecture, governance standards, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Lead greenfield Windchill implementations, including solution design, technical architecture, and cross-functional delivery.
• Architect integrations with CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor), ERP/SAP, MES, ThingWorx, and Navigate.
• Lead legacy data migration, data cleansing, governance, and master data management using WBM and ETL tools.
• Oversee Windchill environments, DevOps, CI/CD, performance optimization, security, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Manage technical risks, vendors, system integrators, and enterprise stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of PLM experience, including 10+ years in PTC Windchill architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale greenfield PLM transformations and data migration programs.
• Expertise in PDMLink, MPMLink, BOM management, Change & Configuration Management, Supplier Management, and CAD data management.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OData, Info*Engine, middleware, Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL Server, LDAP, and Windchill scalability.
• Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, enterprise integrations, and product development processes.

Qualification: Engineering degree with extensive enterprise PLM architecture and technical leadership experience.
