Role Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining PTC Windchill PLM applications. Ensures high performance, scalability, and reliability of Windchill solutions while supporting deployment and mentoring junior developers.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop custom solutions in Windchill PLM
• Configure and customize Windchill modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, and Change Management
• Develop workflows, business rules, and UI customizations
• Perform system integrations using Web Services, REST APIs, and middleware tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windchill environments
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill PLM solutions
• Experience designing, developing, and customizing Windchill applications
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Windchill modules (PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management)
• Experience with workflows, business rules, and UI customizations
