WINDER - DRY TYPE TRANSFORMERS

1. Read and understand the relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements.
2. Operate winding machines and perform winding activities according to production specifications.
3. Ensure all the measurements within tolerance & fill the checklist
4. Make sure that required windings are produced within the specified time and required quality level.
5. Report any non-confirming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Section Supervisor.
6. Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, organized, and safe condition while complying with all safety and quality requirements.
7. Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards. following the instructions of the Section Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in winding operations in dry type transformer manufacturing.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Knowledge of winding techniques and quality requirements.

Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Education Requirement: High School/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
