We don't just hunt for "laborers"—we invest in professionals. We are currently expanding our operations and looking to onboard two elite, skilled Lead Carpenters who can immediately spearhead our primary installation crews and grow with the company.

What We Are Looking For

We need master-level finish carpenters who take intense pride in their craft. You will be the face of our company inside high-end residential spaces.

While our immediate anchor pipeline is precision window and door replacement, we value well-rounded tradesmen. Experience or skills in the following areas are a massive plus, though not mandatory:

• Residential structural framing (basements, additions)
• Vinyl siding installation and rainscreen systems
• Aluminum soffit, fascia, and trim capping
• Seamless gutters and guard integrations

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless, square, and level installations of premium composite and wood residential windows and doors.
• Perform high-level exterior aluminum coil wrapping utilizing a 10'6" metal brake.
• Master advanced weather-proofing, flashing, insulation, and interior trim/casing finishes.
• Maintain an immaculate, safe, and organized residential jobsite.
• Lead and mentor an apprentice/helper as we scale your dedicated crew.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of verifiable residential carpentry, window installation, or finish trim experience.
• Compliance & Safety: Must have an active EPA Lead-Safe Renovator Certification (RRP), or a definitive willingness to obtain it immediately upon hire (we will facilitate the course tracking).
• Driver's License: A valid PA Driver’s License with an incredibly clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is mandatory to operate company fleet vehicles.
• Background Screening: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (verified via the IC9 process). An extensive 7-year criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening are non-negotiable requirements for this position.
