Experienced Window & Door Installer / Service Technician

We are a small, family-oriented window and door company specializing in high-end products. We are seeking a dependable, skilled Installer / Service Technician with hands-on window and door experience.

This role includes installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and occasional deliveries to construction sites and customers’ homes. It requires frequent heavy lifting, safe glass handling, and experience towing a 20-foot trailer.

Key Duties:

• Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose and resolve issues with operation, alignment, locks, rollers, hardware, and weatherstripping
• Perform service adjustments, repairs, and product replacements
• Identify service needs and clearly document work performed, parts needed, and follow-up items
• Handle large glass panels, windows, and doors using proper lifting equipment and suction cups
• Drive company trucks while towing a 20-foot trailer
• Load, secure, deliver, and unload products safely
• Work safely on active construction sites and in occupied homes
• Protect customers’ property and leave work areas clean
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and our office team

Requirements:

• Previous window and door installation and service experience required
• Ability to troubleshoot product issues and complete quality repairs and adjustments
• Skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Experience handling glass and using suction cups
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience safely towing and backing a 20-foot trailer
• Ability to perform frequent, repetitive heavy lifting:
• 50–75 lbs individually
• 100–200+ lbs with team assistance and appropriate lifting equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
• Dependable, punctual, safety-focused, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

• Western Window Systems, Windsor, Milgard, and PRL products
• High-end residential windows and doors
• Multi-slide, pocketing, and folding door systems
• Manufacturer warranty service and glass replacement
