Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Window and Door Order Processor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage the processing of customer orders for windows and doors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer service. Your expertise in sales administration, computer literacy, and organizational skills will help streamline our order fulfillment process and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties

• Handling incoming enquiries and providing timely responses.
• Processing quotes and orders in a timely manner.
• Checking specifications, dimensions and material requirements before placing orders.
• Ordering aluminium and Upvc profiles, glass, hardware and all other components needed for each job.
• Liaising with suppliers to confirm availability, delivery dates and resolve queries.
• Providing technical knowledge to both customers and staff where required.
• Amending customer orders and quotations.
• Producing and annotating paperwork prior to manufacture.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers with any queries, technical advice and order updates.
• Chasing order confirmations.
• Ensuring payments have been received by customers. Reconciling invoices with customer payments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience processing window and door orders.
• Knowledge of Exlabesa profiles and systems, ideally.
• Experience using window and door processing software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Solid computer literacy including familiarity with IT tools necessary for order management and record keeping.
• Ability to prioritize tasks using effective time management strategies in a dynamic setting.

Pay: £30,000.00-£43,920.00 per year
