We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and clarity of windows in various residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to ensure a streak-free finish.
• Safely operate ladders, lifts, or scaffolding as required for high-rise buildings or hard-to-reach areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Inspect windows for damage or wear and report any issues to management.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and in good condition.
• Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to scheduled appointments.

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
• Ability to drive safely and responsibly, holding a valid driver's licence.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require lifting or working at heights.
