We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our residential window cleaning team. This is a physically active, outdoor position that involves cleaning windows using professional water-fed pole systems and working directly with homeowners.

What You'll Do:

• Clean residential windows using water-fed poles and purified water systems
• Load and unload equipment throughout the day
• Transport equipment between job sites using your personal vehicle
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and care of company equipment
• Deliver high-quality work and attention to detail on every job

Requirements:

• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment throughout the day
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Able to handle water-fed poles and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Professional and respectful when communicating with customers
• Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Teachable and able to follow instructions
• Previous window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
