Responsibilities

• Perform thorough window cleaning on residential properties using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results
• Safely operate equipment such as ladders, extension poles, and scissor lifts to access hard-to-reach windows
• Prepare work areas by setting up necessary safety barriers and protective coverings to prevent damage or messes
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks on cleaning equipment and report any issues or damages promptly

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to work at heights using ladders
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Physical stamina and mobility to stand, bend, lift, and carry equipment throughout the workday
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude when interacting with clients
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites
• Willingness to learn new techniques and follow safety procedures diligently
• Preferably has a truck/van to carry supplies through route.
