Window Cleaner

Window Cleaner – Join a Local Perth Business

Hi, I’m Ellis, owner of Coates Window Cleaning, a small, locally owned window cleaning business based in Perth. We’re known for our friendly service, reliability, and high-quality results.

I’m looking for someone to work alongside me, with flexibility for the right person (for example, if you’re studying). This role suits someone looking for long-term work, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position over time.

Most of our work is residential window cleaning, with a mix of commercial jobs and some gutter cleaning.

Experience is preferred, but attitude matters most. I’m happy to train the right person who’s reliable, motivated, and keen to learn the trade properly.

What we’re looking for:

• Current driver’s licence and own reliable transport (essential)
• Reliable, punctual, honest and takes pride in their work
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights in all weather
• Experience with traditional and water-fed pole window cleaning (preferred, not essential)
• Willing to learn and commit long term

Work details:

• Early starts (which means early finishes – great work/life balance)
• Up to 6 days per week, with some flexibility
• Local Perth jobs – no long commutes

Tickets & requirements:

• Working at Heights certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Current police check (or willingness to obtain)

If you’re experienced and looking for stability, or you’re newer to the industry and want proper training and a long-term opportunity, I’d love to hear from you.
