Window Cleaner

Most window cleaning companies will hire anyone with a pulse and a squeegee. We are not most window cleaning companies.

Sugar's Window Services (formerly Gleaming Glass TC) is a small, close-knit crew that takes genuine pride in how we show up. To our customers, to each other, and to the work itself. We are brand first. That means the person doing the job is just as important as the job getting done. You will be the face of Sugar's on every single driveway, porch, and front door in Tri-Cities. We want someone who actually enjoys that.

What this job looks like day to day: you will clean residential windows, screens, and frames using professional water-fed pole and squeegee equipment. You will interact directly with homeowners before, during, and after the job. You will represent the Sugar's brand with a friendly, confident, professional presence and leave every customer feeling like they made the right call.

No prior experience required. We train from scratch and we train well. What we cannot train is personality.

Sugar's is a growing company with real career pathways. The window cleaning industry has more ceiling than most people expect. Our best people take on crew lead roles, territory responsibilities, and for the right person, the opportunity to run their own branch is absolutely on the table. We are building something here and we want people who want to grow with it.

You are probably a good fit if you are energetic, people oriented, and take pride in representing something well. You like being out in the field, talking to people, and doing work you can actually see at the end of the day. A background in customer service, outdoor work, or anything that kept you moving and talking is a plus.

We are actively hiring right now and moving quickly. Our goal is to have the right person working within one to two weeks of this posting.

What we offer: competitive hourly pay, performance bonuses, flexible scheduling, and a crew that genuinely cares.

What we ask for: reliability, a genuine smile, and the drive to do things right every time.

To apply, send us a short message about yourself. Tell us something beyond your resume. We read all of them.
