Window Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring a streak-free, polished appearance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing specialized equipment and cleaning techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows on both the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, including high-rise structures using appropriate safety equipment.
• Operate scissor lifts and other access tools safely to reach elevated windows.
• Use cleaning solutions, squeegees, scrubbers, and other janitorial tools to remove dirt, grime, and streaks.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents during high-altitude or hazardous cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to company standards for quality and efficiency while completing assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to windows and glass surfaces.
• Experience operating scissor lifts or similar elevated access equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably using appropriate safety gear.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cleaning equipment and supplies; capable of working standing for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
