Window Cleaning Operative & Driver Pole System

Part Time – Self-Employed Sub-Contractor - Avg. 2.5 days/week

Opportunity for a reliable and potentially (though not necessarily) experienced window cleaner to join our team. They will be using a high reach water-fed pole system to clean both residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning, polite customer interaction, and self-adhering to all health and safety regulations. (From experience often best suited to ‘creatives’ in need of an extra income stream.)

Responsibilities:

• Working independently cleaning windows, frames, and sills using a water-fed pole system.
• Performing regular maintenance checks on equipment.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Possible experience in window cleaning using a water-fed pole system.
• Over 25 years old (for vehicle insurance) with a full UK clean driving licence.
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to working at height.
• Able to travel to/from Saltdean area for consecutive early starts.

Good rates of pay relating to performance. (£20p/h++ achievable.)

Training can be provided for the right candidate.
