Job Details

• Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Status: Full-time, W2 Position.
• Location: 4709 Enterprise Dr, Suite A, Oklahoma City, OK.
• Schedule: Early starters only! We dispatch daily at 7:00 AM and typically finish around 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Reliability: You must be able to arrive at the shop by 7:00 AM ready to work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle ladders, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Clean Background: All candidates must pass a background check and drug test.
• Professionalism: You will be representing Sapphire Window Cleaning at residential and commercial properties; a positive attitude is a must.

Duties

• Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as scissor lifts, water-fed poles, and other tools safely and effectively
• Perform detailed cleaning of windows on commercial buildings
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best cleaning approach and identify any potential hazards or special requirements
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment used, and safety inspections for accountability and quality assurance

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial window cleaning with a strong background in janitorial or custodial services
• Skilled in operating scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely and confidently
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures specific to high-rise window cleaning
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently
• Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks while adhering to safety standards
