Window Cleaning Tech

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning Associate. No prior window cleaning experience is required—training will be provided. Candidates with related experience are welcome, but the main qualities we value are reliability, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work. This position offers a pathway to advance into a crew lead role within two years for those who show initiative and leadership potential.

What You’ll Do

• Arrive on time and prepared for each workday.
• Clean interior and exterior glass for both residential and commercial clients, using traditional tools and water-fed pole systems.
• Take responsibility for keeping equipment and supplies organized and in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures at all times.
• Pay attention to detail to ensure streak-free, professional results.
• Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently.
