Window Cleaning Tech No Experience Needed

Tired of staring at a screen all day? How about making other people's windows sparkle instead? We're a growing window cleaning crew taking care of homes and businesses all over Birmingham, and we're adding 1–2 new teammates to the field. No experience? No problem! We'll train you on everything. What we can't teach is showing up on time with a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. Bring that, and we'll handle the rest. • Hop in the company vehicle and head out to local jobs around town
• Make residential and commercial glass shine, along with screens and tracks
• Most of your work happens with both feet on the ground. Ladders come out only a couple of times a week, and we'll train you to use them safely.
• Be the friendly face our customers are happy to see

Let's Talk Money 💵

• Training (about 2 weeks): $16/hr while you learn the ropes
• After training: You move to production pay, where most techs make $18–$22/hr
• Once you're quick and skilled: Plenty of our experienced techs bring in $25+/hr
• Paid every two weeks by direct deposit

Your Schedule (you'll love this part)

• Monday–Friday, roughly 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Zero weekends. Zero nights. Ever.
• Done before most people finish their afternoon coffee ☕

What You'll Need

• 18 or older
• A valid driver's license and a decent driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day
• Comfortable on a ladder for the occasional job (it's not an everyday thing, usually just a couple times a week)
• Weather-ready: this is outdoor work through all the normal seasons
• Dependability. We count on each other!
• A good attitude and a good heart. Seriously, this matters most to us!
