Are you the kind of person who owns the problem instead of pointing fingers?

Thru Glass Window Cleaning is a growing window and exterior cleaning company in northern Michigan — and we’re looking for people who take pride in their work, show up ready to go, and care about doing things the right way.

This isn’t a job for people who just want to clock in and clock out. It’s for people who want to be part of something, grow into leadership, and leave every job better than they found it.

Who You Are:

• You take ownership — when something’s off, you fix it, you don’t dodge it
• You’re a team player who makes the people around you better
• You bring energy and a good attitude — you know it’s contagious
• You pay attention to detail and take pride in the finished product
• You’re looking to grow, not just collect a paycheck

Who We Are:

• A tight team that holds each other to a high standard — and has each other’s backs
• A company where every person is trusted to lead, make decisions, and step up
• We work hard, we have fun doing it, and our customers feel the difference
• We go the extra step — every time, without being asked

What You’ll Do:

• Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and more
• Work outdoors alongside a crew that takes the job seriously

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, honest, and ready to work
• Experience with safely using extension ladders
• Experience with traditional window cleaning techniques
• Valid driver’s license preferred
