Basic requirements

• FULL TIME - $1200+ per week
• Must have a presentable Truck or SUV with space for equipment
• Must have independent problem solving skills that are needed in any home service
• Must be willing to learn and adapt to the standards of a 5 star company
• Must have good speaking skills to deal with clients

More specifically, a dynamic and experienced Lead Window Cleaning Technician to oversee and execute high-quality window cleaning services for residential properties. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional service that enhances the appearance and integrity of our clients’ homes.

We pay commission on each job. So you decide how much you make based on your efficiency and more importantly, quality.

Duties

• Supervise and complete daily window cleaning operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Eventually lead a team of two or more technicians, providing mentorship, and performance feedback to foster growth and teamwork
• Operate specialized equipment such as water fed pole systems and DI tanks. As well as your traditional squeegee and mop
• Perform detailed cleaning of windows on residential and commercial buildings, including glass surfaces, frames, and sills
• Ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed during equipment use and cleaning activities
• Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness and adherence to client specifications. This entails communicating with clients and understanding their specific needs.
• Maintain all cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment in excellent condition for optimal performance
• Show up clean and professional everyday!

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
