Position: Window Cleaning Technician

Pay Range: Earn $50k - $60k Annually Depending on Performance

Compensation Breakdown:

• $20/Hr with Promotion Opportunities after 90 Days!

Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday and some Saturdays
• Typical hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Overtime Availability and Selected Saturdays Required

• Experience performing light maintenance duties such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning is a MAJOR PLUS, but not required
• Comfortable working on ladders and heights, not exceeding 30 feet
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to get to work
• Always arrive to work on time or early
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Physical Demands:

Everyday responsibilities for this position include:

• Cleaning gutters and windows
• Climbing ladders
• Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles (up to 60 lbs)
• Walking around and through customer's homes
• Walking up and down stairs within the work site
• Loading and unloading ladders from the work vehicle

Position Summary:

Alpine Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing is hiring a motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing Nashville team. In this full-time, Monday–Friday role, you’ll provide professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior home care while earning $50K–$60K+ annually based on performance, with bonuses, commissions, tips, and opportunities for advancement. Core Responsibilities:

• Perform residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services
• Safely climb ladders (up to 30 feet) and handle equipment up to 60 lbs
• Load and unload tools, ladders, and materials from company vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service inside and outside clients’ homes
• Identify and upsell additional services when appropriate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
