Job Type: Part-Time | Part-Time Pay: $22–$30/hr (based on experience) + tips + performance bonuses

What You'll Do

• Clean interior and exterior windows on residential homes and commercial properties
• Operate water-fed pole systems, squeegees, and extension ladders safely and effectively
• Apply screen cleaning, track cleaning, and hard water stain removal as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job
• Load and unload equipment, maintain tools, and keep the company vehicle clean and organized
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Report job completion, collect payment, and document any property concerns

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to work at heights and on ladders (required)
• Strong attention to detail — you take pride in a streak-free finish
• Customer-friendly attitude — you'll be the face of the company on every job
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/move for extended periods
• Prior window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is a plus, but we will train the right person

Schedule

• Monday through Friday (Saturday availability a plus)
• Shifts typically run 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Some flexibility available based on route load

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Able to pass a background check
• Smartphone required for job scheduling app and customer communication
• Must have reliable transportation to the start location
