THE JOB

You'll connect with homeowners, learn about their needs, and introduce them to window solutions that can improve their homes and energy efficiency.

• Start conversations with homeowners and identify interest.
• Schedule appointments for product consultations.
• Explain the benefits of quality replacement windows.
• Build your skills through hands-on training and coaching.

COMPENSATION

• First Month: $5,000 to $8,000 potential
• Sales Representatives: $100,000+ annually
• Team Leaders: $200,000 to $400,000+ annually
• Senior Leadership: $500,000+ potential, with long-term equity opportunities
