Job Title: Windows Server Administrator
Location: Bangalore
Number of Vacancies: 2 (Two)

Role Overview:
A Windows Server Administrator at Future Businesstech India Pvt Ltd installs, configures, maintains, trouble shoot, service & support Microsoft Windows client/server operating systems, Active Directory, and core infrastructure services while ensuring high security, regular patches, and stable daily system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and related enterprise productivity tools.

• Active Directory & Identity Management: Manage Active Directory, user accounts, security groups, organizational units, DNS, DHCP, and
  file/sharing permissions.
• Patch & Security Management: Deploy regular security updates, service packs, driver/firmware upgrades, and antivirus solutions.
  System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor overall system performance, track resource utilization, and resolve hardware or OS
  problems via remote tools.
  - Backup & Recovery: Oversee routine data backups, data integrity, and disaster recovery processes.

- Documentation: Create and maintain robust standard operating procedures (SOPs), system logs, and network architecture documentation.

Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server environment management and desktop support infrastructure.

Technical Skills:

• Strong mastery of Windows Server architecture and Active Directory / GPO.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  Experience with virtualization platforms or endpoint management tools is a strong plus.
  Soft Skills:
• Problem-solving mindset, efficient time management, client relationship, and good written and verbal communication.
