Window Service Coordinator

Job Summary

Window World Twin Cities is seeking an organized and customer-focused Window Service Coordinator to coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, and support window and door installation and repair operations. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers, technicians, and installation teams to ensure service appointments are scheduled efficiently and customer concerns are addressed professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service requests for window and door products
• Schedule service appointments, inspections, and repair visits
• Communicate appointment details and updates to customers
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, and service management
• Track service requests and monitor job completion status
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
• Assist with warranty inquiries and service-related paperwork
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve scheduling issues
• Follow up with customers regarding completed service visits
• Prepare service reports and update internal scheduling systems

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities
• Professional approach to customer concerns and problem-solving
• Experience in construction, home improvement, or installation services is an advantage
