The Job: Window Cleaning Technician

You'll represent ShineWorks for homeowners and businesses across Barrie and Simcoe County, doing hands on cleaning work to a high standard.

What you'll be doing:

• Washing windows inside and out using proper tools and technique
• Cleaning and detailing screens
• Scrubbing window tracks
• Clearing and cleaning gutters

Other responsibilities

Small things matter just as much as the big ones.

• Keeping your rags and towels clean each week
• Keeping the company van tidy and presentable
• Showing up on time and prepared for weekly team meetings
• Supporting your Lead and teammates so jobs run smoothly
• Owning the small details that shape how clients see the brand

Pay and earning potential

• $20 per hour guaranteed base pay
• Commission on top for strong performers
• Example: technicians who work efficiently, give great service, and sell add ons often earn the equivalent of $30 to $35 per hour on commission jobs
• Keep 100% of tips from clients
• Full transparency on how performance is tracked and rewarded
