Window Treatment Installer

We are seeking a skilled Installer who specializes in high-end window treatments—including motorized shading systems, custom Roman shades, and luxury window coverings. Our company delivers premium automated solutions for upscale residential and commercial properties.

In this role, you will accurately measure, assemble, and mount high-end interior window treatments with precision and care. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on technical experience, a meticulous eye for detail, and a professional demeanor when working in luxury client homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Assembly
• Accurately measure, assemble, and install motorized and manual roller shades, custom drapery tracks, Roman shades, blinds, and luxury window coverings.
• Securely mount treatments into various wall and ceiling materials (drywall, wood, concrete, plaster) using appropriate hardware and tools.
• Execute basic wiring, low-voltage connections, and pairing/programming of motorized shading systems (e.g., Lutron, Somfy, Hunter Douglas).
• Jobsite Preparation & Quality Control
• Conduct pre-installation checks to verify product specs against window dimensions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace on job sites, protecting client furniture and flooring.
• Perform post-installation testing to ensure smooth mechanical operation, correct limits, and flawless aesthetic alignment.
• Client & Team Support
• Provide polite, professional communication with homeowners, interior designers, and general contractors on-site.
• Collaborate with lead installers and project managers to ensure efficient daily route and task completion.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience installing custom or motorized window treatments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with power tools, laser measures, hand tools, and reading basic installation schematics or work orders.
• Motorization Knowledge: Familiarity with low-voltage wiring and motorized shade setup (Lutron, Somfy, or similar).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities on-site, and a customer-first attitude.
• Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on ladders.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Pay Range: $1,000 – $1,200 / week (dependent on experience)
• Benefits: Medical insurance, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and holiday pay

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
