Windows Administrator 2

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced l Windows Admin L2 professional with strong expertise in Windows infrastructure management and server administration. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Active Directory, DHCP, Windows Server Management, and Vulnerability Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Windows Server infrastructure
• Manage Active Directory including FSMO roles, ADSS, Ranger_AD, and ADFS
• Perform FSMO role transfer/seizure, replication monitoring, and AD health checks
• Administer users, groups, computers, OU design, and GPOs
• Support AD authentication and federation services (ADFS)
• Lead vulnerability mitigation and security remediation
• Perform server patching using WSUS and SCCM
• Administer DNS, DHCP, and core Windows services
• Manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Hyper-V environments
• Respond to incidents, problems, and change requests (ITIL)
• Coordinate with security, network, and L3 teams
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and audit evidence

Required Skills:

• Operating Systems: Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Windows 10/11
• Directory Services: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Domain Controller
• Active Directory: Ranger_AD, FSMO, ADSS, ADFS
• Virtualization: VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V
• Monitoring Tools: OP Manager, (or relevant tools)
• Backup & Recovery: CommVault, Windows Backup.
• Patch Management: WSUS, SCCM
• Security: Vulnerability Mitigation, Server Hardening, Patch Compliance, User access management,
• Cloud: Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), O365 Administration
• Scripting: PowerShell (basic to intermediate)
