Mountain View Pella is an independent business that distributes products manufactured by Pella Corporation to a variety of customers (e.g., homeowners, builders, and general contractors). With one showroom serving multiple areas throughout the state of Colorado we are one of the top distributors in the United States of Pella window and door products. Pella corporation is known for its 95-year history of innovation, providing outstanding products, and environmental stewardship. At the branch level, our success is due to providing our customers with a world class experience.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales Representative who is responsible for marketing and selling Pella products to homeowners and other individual purchasers for replacement projects in their home. This representative will also provide design, product selection, and overall expertise to the customer to ensure a seamless customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to maintain both a sales and operational success focus, as well as being driven by a strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Main contact for your customer throughout the entire project and will build relationships to further your sales.
• Responsible for conducting showroom and in-home presentations of products, as well as providing a detailed quote at the end of the presentation.
• Team player, a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, possess strong interpersonal and project management skills, and high mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details.
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Ability to work with various departments and build relationships.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and figure percentages.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
• Quickly learns and becomes proficient in all relevant Pella Proprietary systems.
• Skills in database management and record keeping.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
