Windows and Doors System Technical Specialist

WINDOWS AND DOORS SYSTEM TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Windows and Doors System Technical Specialist who will provide technical support and ensure the proper application, specification, quotation, and technical execution of our Windows & Doors systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and guidance on Windows & Doors systems and products
• Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, dimensions, configurations, and system requirements
• Prepare and review quotations, costing, and pricing based on project requirements
• Analyze project requirements and determine the appropriate Windows & Doors systems, materials, components, and quantities
• Ensure the accuracy of measurements, material take-offs, quantities, and pricing in quotations
• Ensure the correct application and compatibility of Windows & Doors systems, materials, and components
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Installation teams on technical and quotation concerns
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide practical and workable solutions
• Check technical requirements for fabrication and installation feasibility
• Prepare and maintain technical drawings, specifications, quotations, and other project-related documents
• Support product knowledge and technical training when needed
• Identify potential technical risks and help ensure projects are delivered On Time, On Budget, and Safe (OTOBS)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architectural Drafting, CAD Technology, Engineering Technology, or other related technical/drafting courses
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or other CAD software
• Can read and interpret technical drawings, architectural plans, and construction details
• With experience in preparing quotations, costing, pricing, or material take-offs is required
• With experience in Windows & Doors, façade, aluminum, glass, construction, or related industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of measurements, dimensions, materials, and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and develop expertise in Windows & Doors systems
