Windows & Linux Server Operator Specialist

Lead the design, engineering, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the Server capability for Windows,

delivering secure, resilient, scalable, supportable, and measurable enterprise technology outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

• Technical specialists for Server Operations/Transformation who can lead Lead 24x7 server operations shift activities, ensuring seamless handovers and operational continuity.
• Plan and Implement Solution for Windows and Linux Server platform.
• Maintain Change, and Integration hygiene, paging activities, and stakeholder communication across Platform.
• Maintain Change and integration dashboards, status reporting, and service transformation plan.
• Drive adherence to ITSM processes, knowledge base usage, and operational runbooks.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution activities using tools such as Tanium, SCOM, and Dynatrace.
• Ensure stable shift governance, operational discipline, and timely escalation management.
• Mentor Change, Operation and integration teams on best practices and continuous operational improvement.
• Reduce dependency on senior consultant by providing effective Solution specialists leadership.
