Key Responsibilities:

• System Design and Implementation:Design and implement Windows Server environments based on organizational requirements
• Deploy and configure servers, Active Directory, and related services
• Security and Compliance:Implement security measures to safeguard Windows systems from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities
• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, applying patches and updates
• Windows Server Administration:Administer and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019)
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and Group Policy
• Performance Optimization:Monitor system performance and conduct optimizations to ensure efficient operation
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance system performance
• Backup and Recovery:Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for Windows systems
• Conduct regular backups, perform recovery tests, and ensure data integrity
• Scripting and Automation:Develop and implement scripts for automation (PowerShell, batch scripts, etc)
• Streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network administrators, security teams, and application developers
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Documentation:Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the knowledge base
