Windows Powershell E2 Desktop Management

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage desktop support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Provide Level 1 (L1) support through phone, email, or in-person interactions with customers.
• Troubleshoot common desktop problems using tools like PowerShell scripting language.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role providing L1 desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting language for automating tasks and troubleshooting purposes.
