Role & responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments.

• Manage and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 platforms.

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.

• Perform user, group, and permission management.

• Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity planning activities.

• Implement and manage server patching and security updates.

• Troubleshoot server, operating system, and application-related issues.

• Manage server backups, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.

• Perform server hardening and security compliance activities.

• Manage storage, shared folders, and print services.

• Maintain server documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with networking, security, cloud, and application teams.

• Provide support for incident, problem, and change management activities.

• Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution.
