Roles And Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Windows Server environments.
- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
- Create and manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies.
- Troubleshoot Windows server, application, and connectivity issues.
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
