Job Description - Windows Server Administrator :

Other Details :

• Role: L1 Support (Tally & TSplus)
• Experience: 1 to 2 years minimum
• Working Hours: 24x7 Rotational Shift (5 Days Working / 2 Roster Week Offs)
• Mandatory Key Skills - Tally and TSplus support

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day L1 support for Tally, including installation, multi-user setup, and data sync issues.
• Assist with TSplus configuration, user access, remote desktop connections, and user management.
• Troubleshoot server-side printing issues, including printer redirection, print spooler errors, and cases where users are unable to print from the server.
• Troubleshoot basic networking and Windows Server connectivity issues for users.
• Log and update support tickets, escalating higher-level issues to L2/L3 when needed.
• Communicate clearly with end-users to resolve queries promptly.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant hands-on support experience with Tally and TSplus/RDP setup.
• Practical experience troubleshooting server-side printer redirection and remote printing issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments and networking basics.
• Comfort working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (5 days working with 2 roster week offs).
• Strong troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills.
